Tim Tompkins is an experienced and successful Real Estate Broker and entrepreneur in Rochester and Upstate New York. Licensed to sell real estate at a young age, Mr. Tompkins has developed a wide range of expertise, including the acquisition and development of income producing property, quickly identifying the warning signs of that may be uncovered by single family home inspections, and providing an accurate appraisal opinion.

Since his involvement as a teenager in his father’s construction business, Mr. Tompkins has acquired a vast knowledge of all phases of real estate state sales, leasing, and development. His entrepreneurial drive led him to start his own company in 1989, Tompkins General Contractors, as well as launching several restaurant operations that have become hallmarks of the industry including Snug Harbor on Keuka Lake & ONE Restaurant and Lounge in Rochester's East End.

Outside of his passion for real estate transactions and entrepreneurial endeavors, Mr. Tompkins is an active member of his community, including holding advisory positions on the boards of the New York State AIDS Advisory Council, the Rochester Police Foundation, and the Mayor's Finance Committee, as well as past executive roles with the East End Neighborhood & Business Association, Park Meigs Neighborhood Association, Empire State Pride Agenda, Community Health Network, Community Chest, and Ontario Jaycees.

Through strong and charismatic leadership, he has assisted on the host committees and organized numerous political campaigns, including being a vital fundraiser for many of our elected officials.
